How It Works?

• Step 1: Meet the Eligibility Criteria

  To qualify, students must:

  • Complete a minimum of 450 clock hours in their enrolled program.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Earn at least one industry-recognized certification.
  • Maintain a 90% class attendance rate.
  • Adhere to Ideal Institute of Technology’s Code of Conduct.

  You can participate in:

  • Externships – Short-term, skill-focused experiences in professional settings.
  • Paid On-the-Job Training – Work through Ideal Social Enterprises or partner employers.

  • Submit an application with transcripts & certifications.
  • Get a teacher recommendation.
  • Interview and match with an opportunity.
  • Receive placement and onboarding details.
