PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Students will learn to recognize, create and shape opportunities, provide the leadership and build the team to create economic and social value. Our students learn to assess feasibility and drivers of opportunities, develop viable business models, and act. Students will work in an instructor led in-depth WEB DEVELOPMENT course. We prepare our Web designers to use their creative and technical skills to build new websites and redesign existing ones. They will be able to work on any online site from a retailer’s catalogue to a company’s home page. Students combine their interest in computers and IT skills with creative ideas.
The Web Development training program teaches the key skills you need to become a Web Developer and prepare you for the ZEND PHP Certifications, Word press Certifications, 70-480 (HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3).
PROGRAM PREREQUISITES:
Student must have at least a High School Diploma. He must be familiar with using a personal computer, mouse, and keyboard. They should be comfortable in a Windows environment; be able to launch and close activities; and navigate to information stored on the computer. They should also be able to manage files and folders.
Must have: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
Must score: 10 or higher in CASAS
After completing this course, you will be able to create a full functioning website. You will be able to redesign existing websites and recommend the best layout to fit the client’s need. You will also be able to create and adapt website content for future clients. Students will learn to use a variety of tools and applications throughout the course. At the end of the course you will receive specialized training on how to effectively use skills learned in class to start your own website development service company, which includes but is not limited to:
- Understanding the dynamic role of Entrepreneurship and small businesses
- Organizing and Managing a Small Business
- Financial Planning and Control
- Forms of Ownership for Small Business
- The fundamentals of website design imaging
- How to use different tools and programs to create and manage sites
- How to use scripting, different design elements, and digital images to create beautiful sites
- The basics of animation, editing video and audio, and multimedia programming
- How to manage website content
Ideal Institute of Technology will provide a one-time voucher for student to take ZEND PHP Certifications, Word press Certifications, 70-480 (HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3).
Student will have access to all necessary equipment and supplies such as Computers, Website, Illustrator and other website building applications for the duration of the course.
Student will have full access to our Learning Management System (LMS) portal, Google Classroom and Live Webinars. We will be providing resources in the form of PowerPoints, video tutorials, quizzes, assessments and much more.
CAREER READINESS:
After successful completion of the program and obtaining certification(s), A Job Readiness program and a free Resume Building Workshop will be offered to student through Ideal Career Centre, to prepare students for their job search.

CAREER TITLES:
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, jobs for Web Developers are projected to grow 27 percent through 2024, a pace greater than the average for all occupations. As E-commerce continues to expand, the need for Web Developers is projected to grow. As more retail stores and small businesses than ever rely on online advertising to reach customers, new websites will be launched.
