This program includes seven 225-clock-hour modules:
- CO100: Building Maintenance Certification Part I
Safety procedures, basic tools, repairs, and essential facility upkeep skills. - CO110: Building Maintenance Certification Part II
Preventive maintenance and systems related to HVAC, electrical, and general trades. - CO120: Plumbing Level 1
Tools, materials, safety, plumbing math, and basic installation techniques. - CO130: Plumbing Level 2
Residential water supply systems, DWV systems, and fixture installation. - CO140: Plumbing Level 3
Gas piping, advanced code compliance, and commercial plumbing layouts. - CO145: Plumbing Level 4
Backflow prevention, blueprint reading, site supervision, and system integration. - CO150: Tiny Home Construction Management
Planning and constructing energy-efficient, small-scale structures using sustainable materials.
