Ideal Savings Club Initiative was formed to teach young adults’ financial literacy and smart shopping in today’s digital world of e-commerce. As a reinforcement to classroom learning, Ideal Institute established an official Ideal Savings Club on Amazon to provide hands-on entrepreneurship opportunities for First-Step students to learn about extreme couponing and/or start their own business.
Students participating in the Savings Club work activity clip coupons and help prepare merchandise for shipping to the online store. The initiative provides a firsthand look at what it takes to become and succeed as an entrepreneur.
