YOUTH IN TRANSITION
Students who could not complete their high school education for any reason may find hope and success through Ideal’s First Step to Careers program. The First Step platform helps students earn a high school diploma and step into a successful career pathway simultaneously as they progress toward graduation from the program.
CAREER CHANGERS
We offer tailor-made academic programs for individuals who seek to change their careers by bridging the gap between skills, training, and exposure needed to make the switch to a job they always dreamed of having relevant to the current job market. Career changers are equipped with the choice of where they want to take their career next while managing professional career expectations.
VETERANS
Veterans who served in the military lived discipline lives, endured hard work, and valiantly served our nation. Their military training and persevering attitude is basic to a successful life and career. At Ideal we are proud to associate with veterans by offering vocational and technical training programs that focus on the practical application of learned skills which lead to lucrative employment in a specific career or technical trade. We support our veterans as they transition from the classroom to the job.
RETURNING CITIZENS
How one starts is not how one has to finish. Ideal welcomes members of the community who possess a background and face challenges in re-entering the workforce. We offer vocational and technical programs to help reset your life and get you started on the road to becoming productive members of the community. Job training and resume building classes are available to get you started in your job search. We support all our students in a multifaceted manner which makes us not only providers of quality education but promoters of career advocacy.
