The Fix-and-Flip & Real Estate Construction Strategy course at Ideal Institute of Technology is a 225-hour training program designed to introduce students to the world of real estate investment and construction management. Over the course of 225 hours, students will gain practical knowledge and experience in:

- Analyzing property values, renovation costs, and return on investment (ROI)
- Planning and managing fix-and-flip construction projects

- Applying job site safety practices aligned with OSHA 30 standards
